Care To Explain Whats Happening Here?

So I downloaded Cry of Fear from Steam and all this happened. Lagging, getting lost, getting kicked out of the game, red bar on screen, and freezing everytime I'd open the menu. I took this picture when everything froze and I couldn't do anything. xxxSimonxxx This is what I was dealing with. FML
